[EHPweb] slow response over the weekend

For what it's worth, on Sunday midday I experienced incomplete loads and
very slow response from my machine at home when going to 
http://quake.wr.usgs.gov/recenteqs/latestfault.htm . The attached shows the
tracert results. 

I had good response going to
http://earthquake.usgs.gov/eqcenter/recenteqsus/ 

It eventually cleared up.
