Since morning of 4 July, I have not been able to push web products to
quake at ehznorth.wr.usgs.gov or quake at ehzmenlo.wr.usgs.gov. 

ssh connections from ucbpp.geo.berkeley.edu to these hosts fail with:
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

ssh connections from ehzden.cr.usgs.gov to these two hosts fail with:
ssh: connect to host ehznorth.wr.usgs.gov port 22: Operation timed out
