[EHPweb] Akamai contract

FYI:

Here is what I know about the Akamai contract that is supposed to  
expire this Saturday.  I have tried  unsuccessfully multiple times in  
multiple ways to contact Lorna Schmid, who is in charge of getting a  
new contract in place, so I finally contacted Bill Leith.  Here is  
what he found out through a third party:

"The gist is that they plan to extend the current contract with Akamai  
until a new one is in place, and Robin Doyle received verbal assurance  
from Akamai that they would not shut us down if there is no award  
extension in place on Feb. 1st."

We should make sure the website is still available on Feb 1, this  
Sunday, just in case.
