[EHPweb] PHP & SimplePie

Having more fun with PHP, the SimplePie widget (http://simplepie.org/wiki/ 
) had to be modified in order to work with PHP 5.3.x.  If any of you  
have looked at the home page on EHPDevel recently you probably noticed  
100 or so warnings about: (From php.net)

	Assigning the return value of new by reference is now deprecated.

After additional research it seems reasonable that a global replace in  
SimplePie.class.php from "=& new" to "= new" could fix the problems.   
It certainly made the warnings go away, but not certain all the  
features of SimplePie will work as expected.

Just a heads up in case you rely on this widget/class.  As a general  
rule, now that we are at 5.3.1 it may be useful to read some release  
notes:
