[EHPweb] Subversion backup on ehpdevel

For all you developers out there:

In case you come across system slowness on ehpdevel, I am running an svn 
dump of the whole /home/svn repository.  I will be working on this 
throughout the week as I begin to develop a more efficient backup strategy 
so that backups don't slow down ehpmaster.
