[EHPweb] RecentEQS on ehpbackup/ehpmaster

Folks,

I'm not quite sure how to go about fixing this problem. 

Problems:
Difference in numeqs >= 10 for 445 times in a row at Mon Apr 27 13:12:57 
PDT 2009: WW 167 167 167 167 167 167 162 167 US 795 795 795 795 795 795 
780

The troubleshooting documentation doesn't really give a way of resolving 
this issue.
