[EHPweb] New ENS1 coming online

Eric and I are bringing the new Ens1 machine online this morning. The
ENS user interface will be down for a short time while I transfer the
database over.

I will send out mail when the immediate transition is finished and users
can access the system again. I will also send a second message when the
replication and other backend features are all finished with the transition.
