[EHPweb] Database Access

All -
	Some accounts that we were fairly certain could be deleted have  
been.  If you are accessing the database on ehpmaster (or any other  
web server) from ANY server using ANY username, please let me know.   
You can reply by filling in the blanks below:

I use the _________ user to access the database on the machine  
________ from the machine ________.  It is used for the ________  
process.

Let me know about accounts even if you think it is a very common  
account and safe from being deleting.  Any account that I am not  
explicitly told about will be deleted tomorrow at 13:00 MST.  If you  
think anybody who might need to know about this and is not on this  
mailing list, please forward it ASAP.  If you know of anybody who  
might need to know about this and is on leave right now, please reply  
to me so I can accommodate.

on ehpmaster.  Please let me know if you think any of these accounts  
are performing old actions that are no longer needed and could be  
deleted.
