[EHPweb] ehp4.cr.usgs.gov is down

Mike / Ron,

Not sure who I need to talk to about this, but ehp4.cr.usgs.gov suddenly 
became unreachable.  Strangely enough, http is still working so that's the 
good news!

When you get an opportunity, would you please give me a call 
(303-435-6362) so that you can log in locally and see if the ssh server 
died?
