[EHPweb] REQS on ehp3

Hi Chris,
Please feel free to call me at home when you spot something like
this. (I usually leave work at 4:00PM PT)
REQS_WW wasn't running on ehp3 as you suspected. It should have been
restarted by the ~quake/monitor/monitor.pl program that Jeremy set up,
but apparently wasn't. If you go to the REQS_WW directory, there is
are several script that can help:
REQS.status
REQS.stop
REQS.start
It restarting doesn't work, take a look in the "Logs" subdirectory to
see if there is an error message that might give a clue. I have no
idea at the moment why it just stopped, and no idea why it didn't
restart. Pretty unusual.
