[EHPweb] Akamai Last mile acceleration not showing up?

If akamai is compressing content in the last mile, our relative  
offload will decrease because the edge volume decreases and the origin  
volume stays roughly constant.

It's still not clear how last mile compression affects the reports, if  
at all.
