[EHPweb] Akamai Last mile acceleration not showing up?

Looking at the Akamai Edge Control page (HTTP Content Delivery >  
Traffic) for earthquake.usgs.gov for the last 7 days, I can't say I  
see much of a step in the total bandwidth on July 8.   Does the "Last  
Mile" compression not show up on these graphs?  Or is the net effect  
just so small that it doesn't register?

It also appears that we aren't getting much of an Akamai multiplier  
effect for that period.

Akamai Hits:		50.4 Million
USGS Hits:		19.4 Million   (44% are redirects?)
multiplier = 2.6

Akamai Bytes:	1.4TB
USGS Bytes:		437GB
multiplier = 3.2

Is this more or less normal?
