[CEUS-earthquake-hazards] USGS press release on New Madrid seismic zone research

New research results from Fred Pollitz and Walter Mooney of the USGS that
was published in the journal Earth and Planetary Science Letters.

Their research provides insight on why the New Madrid Seismic Zone is
unique and may continue to pose a higher earthquake risk than adjacent
