Why Not? Its the public that pays the bills, why shouldnt the discussion
be open?
As to costs; You know it will cost between ½% and 1% for added engineering
costs and between ½% and 1% for added quality control costs. So theres
most of your 1% to 2%. Ill stop there; you know my views and I dont want
to bore the rest.
But, Im really interested in why the public shouldnt be involved in the
debate; practically the policy makers.
