Why Not? It’s the public that pays the bills, why shouldn’t the discussion
be open?

 

As to costs; You know it will cost between ½% and 1% for added engineering
costs and  between ½% and 1% for added quality control costs. So there’s
most of your 1% to 2%. I’ll stop there; you know my views and I don’t want
to bore the rest.

 

But, I’m really interested in why the public shouldn’t be involved in the
debate; practically the policy makers.
