Greetings, all.

On Friday, February 6, 2009, from 8:30am - 4:30pm the 15th Annual "Earthquakes: Mean Business" seminar will be presented at the AT&T Data Center Auditorium in downtown St. Louis, Missouri.

This always popular FREE seminar will again include morning presentations and afternoon break-out sessions. The seminar will also include exhibitors who will provide information and resources helpful to business and industry in disaster preparation and business continuity planning.

Doors will open at 7:30am and the program will begin promptly at 8:30am. There will be a noon recess, and the program will reconvene at 1:30pm for afternoon break-out sessions. The afternoon break-out sessions will address key elements of preparedness, continuity planning, earthquake hazards and risk issues.

There is no cost to attend this popular program. However seating is limited to 300 attendees so pre-registration is highly recommended. Also, in the event of extreme winter weather or hazardous road conditions, those registered will be notified of any change to the schedule. (The 2008 had to be cancelled due to an ice storm that hit St. Louis: all of those who were pre-registered were sent timely notice of the cancellation.)

To pre-register for this event, please register online at www.gatewayccc.us under the "Register Earthquake Seminar" area before Monday, February 2, 2009. Again, for security reasons and to secure your seat, it is highly recommended that you pre-register for this seminar. Those not pre-registered may not be able to gain access to the seminar.

Please feel free to share this with others you feel might benefit from this seminar.

We look forward to seeing you at the 15th Annual "Earthquakes Mean Business" seminar!

Best holiday regards,
