[ANSS-netops] reftek unity or x32?

We run a gain of 32 in Nevada, but with in mind pushing completeness to 
small magnitudes.  They clip at about a cm/sec, so that may be too low 
for your application. Dave Croker's practice of unit gain sounds 
reasonable also, and more likely to get important earthquakes on scale.
