Folks,

ShakeCast is back up and appears to be working normally.  I understand 
that some of you got many, many heartbeat messages over the past 24 
hours.  I apologize for that -- it was the result of my not stopping 
one of the processes on this end while we made repairs to the system.

We are still not completely certain what caused the problem in the 
first place, however.  Please let me know if you experience any further 
problems.
