[Shake-dev] where to get shakemap DEM grid data??

Hi Branden,

Thanks for helping out. We're actually working on a solution to this problem so that we can have a permanent home for the DEM and the virtual machine, and I'm doing a major revision to the software guide that will help people set things up. But for now it's all a little ad hoc, so thanks for your help.
