[Shake-dev] transfer timed out pdl but worked anyway.

Hi Bruce,

I used a higher resolution topography in two shakemaps and transferred them
to NEIC using PDL. Transfer complained that it took too long (looks like it
allows for 60s duration), though the  ProductClient eventually was
successful. See output below.
Obviously the images are bigger with this new topography. Is it too much?
It looks a lot better this way and I notice that southern California seems
to use a similar resolution topography.

Can I configure *transfer* to allow more time? This time I ran the commands
by hand, but I assume *shake* would execute the next program (*cleanup* in
our case) right away, which might cause the transfer to be interupted (?)
