[Shake-dev] -noxml flag to grind leaves some crud in output directory

Hi Bruce,

V3.5.

My mapping kept crashing. Turns out that when you run grind with the
-noxml flag, it leaves two .grd files in the output directory that mapping
chokes on. A pga_std.grd file and a temporary .grd file created by
grdsample with a funky name (different each time).

Anyway, we don't need that flag, but thought I'd let you know.
