[Shake-dev] problems with ps files, genex

Hi Georgia,

It's not clear to me what is going on. If I run mapping with no  
topography specified I get the same complaints (which are spurious,  
and I'll try to fix them in the next release), but genex runs fine. It  
may be differences in our OS or versions of various programs. From  
your error messages, it looks like the intensity maps were the  
problem. Can you confirm that the pga and pgv maps were successfully  
converted to jpg? Also, can you send me one of the PostScript files  
that won't convert?
