[Shake-dev] GMT version ?

Hi Trevor,

I'm assuming you've just recently retrieved the ShakeMap code from the  
repository so you have the latest version, and that you got it from:

https://vault.gps.caltech.edu/repos/products/shakemap/tags/release-3.5/

On Oct. 26 I committed an update that allowed ShakeMap to work with  
GMT 4.5.3. I have no idea what changed in 4.5.5, but it's very hard to  
keep up the rate at which the GMT folks come out with non-backward  
compatible code. I have had at least one report of ShakeMap working  
with GMT 4.5.5, so this may not be an issue. Also, make sure you've  
set GMT_VERSION to 4.5 in <shake_home>/include/macros. If you change  
this value, you have to remake ShakeMap. To make sure everything gets  
remade, go to <shake_home> and do "make veryclean" and then "make".
