[Shake-dev] Updates to ShakeMap3.5 , grind run error!

Hi,

That message does not indicate an error. ShakeMap gives a letter grade  
(A, B, C, D, F) to the maps based on how well the intensity is  
constrained within an area bounded by the intensity VI (6) contour.  
For small earthquakes, there may be no intensity VI on the map, and a  
grade is not assigned.
