[Shake-dev] How to define the size of "colour palette for the shakemap instrument intensity scale" ?

Hi,

I'm not sure what your question is. You should not have to set the  
size of the color palette. There is a color palette supplied in  
<shake_home>/lib/mapping/Ii.cpt. If you are going to make changes to  
the coloring of the intensity scale (not recommended), that is the  
place to start.
