[Shake-dev] V3.5 mapping dies if MI < 6

I'm playing with the new version a bit (last minute before this week's 
workshop), and mapping died at the part where it runs grdcontour for the 
sd figure. I removed both the $mflag and changed -C6 to -C1 to get it to 
work.

shake did report that it didn't compute uncertainty, however, it did make 
the sd plot ("Uncertainty computation skipped (no Intensity > 6.0)")
