Yes. Check the Makefile in that directory to make sure.

Try this. Go to the most recent event (for this example 2009kwap).
Go to the event's ../genex/web/shake/ directory and take a look at the
index.html file.

% cd ShakeMap/data/2009kwap/genex/web/shake
% grep intensity.html index.html
               <a href="2009kwan/intensity.html">Most Recent Event</a>
                   <a href="2009kwak/intensity.html">
                   <a href="2009kwap/intensity.html">
                   <a href="2009kwaf/intensity.html">
                   <a href="2009kwae/intensity.html">
                   <a href="14502836/intensity.html">

You should have gotten a list of the most recent event and some older events
(these are the links that should show up in your homepage.) If you didn't
then the problem is something earlier in the page generation. If you did,
then the problem is from transferring that file somehow, or your web 
installation
not looking in the right place. Let me know what you get.
