[Pdl] PDL v2.7.10 (updated links)

This email is to announce PDL version 2.7.10, which includes a bug fix for Product Senders where messages of certain lengths would fail to send.  Other users do not need to upgrade currently.


To upgrade to the latest version:

1) Download the latest ProductClient.jar (v2.7.10) from

https://github.com/usgs/pdl/releases
https://github.com/usgs/pdl/releases/download/2.7.10/ProductClient.jar

Note: using curl, you must include the "-L" argument to follow redirects.


2) Restart PDL to load the updated JAR file.
