Hello,

All product contributors should update to PDL v2.3.0 or newer, which includes an update to send products in parallel.  Note that 2.x releases require java 1.8 or newer.

Please also confirm that you are sending to both prod01 and prod02 hubs.  Sending to only prod01, or sending in sequence, can introduce delays delivering content to the website and other users.


Most users just need to replace ProductClient.jar.  EIDSInputWedge users running in polling mode need to restart the process after updating.
