[Pdl] PDL v1.12.1

Hello,

We recommend all users update to this latest version.  This release fixes
bugs reported by some indexer users, particularly only processing certain
types of products, with exception messages like:

"source and sourceCode not unique" followed by many "statement not
executing".



The latest ProductClient.jar file can be downloaded from the github release
page:

https://github.com/usgs/pdl/releases/tag/v1.12.1
