[Pdl] PDL 1.9.4

Hello,

PDL 1.9.4 was released today, and includes bug fixes and improved stability
for most PDL users.  You can view the full change log at:

http://ehppdl1.cr.usgs.gov/userguide/changeLog.html



To update:
1) stop the PDL client (if applicable)
2) download an updated ProductClient.jar file from

http://ehppdl1.cr.usgs.gov/ProductClient/ProductClient.jar

3) start the PDL client (if applicable)
