[Pdl] PDL Version 1.7.7

Hello,

A new version of PDL is available for download.

The updated client can be downloaded from:

http://ehppdl1.cr.usgs.gov/


To update an existing installation:

- stop the client
- replace ProductClient.jar with the new version
- start the client



This release fixes indexer archive policy bugs and memory usage issues.
 Updating is recommended for any users running an indexer with archive
policies.
