[Pdl] PDL Version 1.7.4

Hello,

A new version of PDL is available for download.  I will be updating the hubs this afternoon.  There may be warnings logged during this time, but no interruption of distribution is expected.


The updated client can be downloaded from:
	http://ehppdl1.cr.usgs.gov/

To update an existing installation:
	- stop the client
	- replace ProductClient.jar with the new version
	- start the client


This release improves database connection handling and IndexerListener notifications for deleted events.  You can view a list of changes here:
