[Pdl] PDL Version 1.7.5

Hello,

A new version of PDL is available for download.

The updated client can be downloaded from:
	http://ehppdl1.cr.usgs.gov/

To update an existing installation:
	- stop the client
	- replace ProductClient.jar with the new version
	- start the client


This release fixes a slow memory leak that affects all product consumers.  You can view a list of changes here:
