[Pdl] EIDS Output Wedge: no addons?

Hi Pete,

The EIDS Output Wedge does not currently output addon messages.  It  
was designed to support users who still use QDM to build a catalog of  
origin messages.  At the time, addons only appeared to be used by the  
web site.  We can add support for addons if that is useful.
