<span style="color:black">On December 30, 2021, the devastating Marshall Fire ignited in south Boulder County, with flames fanned by intense winds moving over extremely dry grasses. The fire destroyed over 1,000 homes and forced approximately 30,000 residents
of Superior and Louisville to evacuate and is now the most destructive fire in State history. Recovery from the Marshall Fire will take years as residents cope with loss and face innumerable decisions about next steps for their families, their communities,
