I noticed that when I plugged in an Ethernet cable the IP address seemed to move around. eth0 might not always be the interface closest to the CF card reader? uname -a seems different among MXE as well. I didn't dig deeper.</div><div><br></div><div>I copied the iptables setup to the MXE that had first been sent to me, using iptables-save and iptables-restore and a USB drive. I added rules in the filter table accept chain for our office computers to SSH and to see the WebDisplay, which we had been approved to do before. I was able to ssh at my desk. I wasn't able to stare-and-compare directly as I would have liked, because I only had one power connector for the MXE.</div><div><br></div><div>I took the MXE to the Combo building and plugged it all in. I used the RS-232 cable that came from BOU, because I didn't want to spend the time to re-assemble the BRW backshell. The MXE that is currently in place is the one originally sent when the replacement Overhauser did not give F after the first one died.</div><div><br></div><div>The Overhauser did come up and start counting seconds, but the nT value stayed at zero. I swapped in the box that we had here previously (the one we were sent at first, not the one from BOU).</div><div><br></div><div>I went back to the Office building. I see magworm scrolling and I am able to SSH to 192.148.94.162. I am not able to get WebDisplay to load.
