Regardless, the photo shows all the parts that should be in you office, near the Display PC. </div><div><br></div><div>The part in question is the Black Box Switch. </div><div><br></div><div><b><u><font color="#ff0000">Do you have a device like the device shown in the picture of a Black Box Switch, or something else?</font></u></b></div><div><br></div><div>Bill said the Black Box switch was plugged into a power strip. </div><div><br></div><div>If the wires coming from the power strip are red and black, it is probably a +12 VDC power strip.</div><div><br></div><div>If it is a wall transformer, <span style="font-size:small;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-color:initial;float:none;display:inline">plugged into the power strip, the wall transfomer will have</span> a label on it, and small black wire going to the Black Box switch.
