DED(2023-04-26): Spike in Z at 15:24

CMO(2023-04-26): CMT has multiple shut down from 19:54-next day 00:23

SIT(2023-04-27): Outside temperature offline

BOU(2023-04-26): All channels offline from 16:11-16:47
BOU(2023-04-27): BDT HEZ values are not correct after shut down
