DED(2023-04-05): Bin change spike in Z at 13:37.

TUC(2023-04-05): No data for F since 09:48.
TUC(2023-04-04): Spike in F at 18:39.

SJG(2023-04-05): Midnight gap in F from GSM issue.

GUA(2023-04-05): Daily construction noise on HEZF.
