DED(2022-03-23): Outside temperature probe malfunctioning

FRN(2022-03-23): Outside temperature probe malfunctioning

TUC(2022-03-23): Total field temperature down, no data.

SJG(2022-03-22): All of SJG shut down at 18:33.
SJG(2022-03-23): SJG is down, no data.

GUA(2022-03-23): Offsets in delta F.
GUA(2022-03-23): Total Field and Fluxgate temperature down.

Dst(2022-03-22): Dst-3, USGS DST down, no data at 18:33, due to SJG being down.
