TUC(2022-06-22): spike on deltF at 3:58 UT

GUA(2022-06-22): daily offset from construction work

Dist(2022-06-21): GUA dist offsets from construction; BRW dist gap from 16:24 to 18:50 UT
Dst(2022-06-22): USGS DST-3 offsets from construction
