The following issues were noted earlier today:

ALL(2022-07-14): Server issues are resolved.

BOU E-Field(2022-07-14): Okay

BRW(2022-07-14): Partially back online with a cell modem but coverage is extremely spotty (~18:18).
BRW(2022-07-14): Turned online by GSM (01:41-04:28) but data is reported at a slower rate.

DED(2022-07-13): Spike in delta-F at 20:01.

FRD(2022-07-14): Spike in F and delta-F at 02:00, preceded by a series of smaller spikes.

TUC(2022-07-14): Spikes in F and delta-F throughout the morning and previous evening.
