Dist(2022-01-18): No data for GUA.
Dst(2022-01-18): USGS DST-3 and GUA down.
Dst(2022-01-17): Gaps in HER and USGS DST 0700-0711, 1036-1059, and 1148-1159.
Dst(2022-01-16): Gaps in HER and USGS DST 0700-0711, 0900-0911, 1800-1811, and 1936-1947.
Dst(2022-01-15): Multiple gaps in HER and USGS DST.
