FRN(2022-04-28): Outside temperature malfunctioning
FRN(2022-04-28): All FRN offline at 11:59.

TUC(2022-04-28): Total field temperature offline.

SJG(2022-04-28): All SJG offline, no data.

GUA(2022-04-28): Intermittent outages
GUA(2022-04-28): Delta F and all temperature values wrong.

Dst(2022-04-28): USGS DST no data due to SJG no data.
