TUC(2022-04-25): Total Field temperature down, no data.

SJG(2022-04-25): All SJG down, no data

GUA(2022-04-25): Spike in H at 00:05
GUA(2022-04-25): All GUA down from 00:36-1:20 & 3:48-5:44

Dist(2022-04-25): Outages in GUA DIST due to Outages in all GUA.
Dst(2022-04-25): USGS DST no data due to SJG no data
