SHU(2021-10-20): Continued offset in T-Outside from instrument installation

FRN(2021-10-20): Outside temperature probe not working properly

GUA(2021-10-20): Total-Field temperature probe not working properly. Disturbance from 2208(10/19) to 0153

Dist(2021-10-20): SIT no data.
Dst(2021-10-20): Gap in USGS and KAK from 0000 to 0010
