BSL(2021-10-14): Data gaps and offset due to maintenance.

GUA(2021-10-15): Disturbance from 00:00 - 00:24 UT

Dist(2021-10-14): SIT Dist down.
Dst(2021-10-14): data gap on USGS DST from 17:00 - 17:16 UT
