BOU E-Field(2021-01-05): OK

DED(2021-01-05): There is a Z and F spike at 16:45.

SJG(2021-01-05): E for SJT is still railed

Dst(2021-01-05): Kakioka data was restored about 07:20. DST restored at the same time.
