The following issues were noted earlier today:


BOU E-Field(2021-02-12): OK

BOU(2021-02-12): There is a disturbance and spike in F 00:19 to 00:21.

GUA(2021-02-12): Still down. Kat should be installing the new power supply this weekend.

Dst(2021-02-12): Dst-3 is down because Guam is down.
