TUC(2021-02-03): Spike on deltaF at 23:09 UT

HON(2021-02-03): Multiple short period data gaps.

SJG(2021-02-04): Disturbance on deltaF.

GUA(2021-02-04): Down due to power issues.

Dist(2021-02-04): Data Gap on BRW DIST, GUA DIST down.
Dst(2021-02-04): USGS DST-3 down, USGS DST multiple data gaps, HIN DIST multiple data gaps, GUA DIST Down.
